Do you have a minimum order?   Yes, we require a minimum of $150 on your first order! (excluding shipping costs) Any order after that does not require a minimum.

When will I receive my order?  We usually ship your order within 2-3 business days! You can typically expect your order within a week. 

Can I place an order and have you ship later?  Yes! Please make a note in your order to have your item shipped later.

**What is your backorder policy?  Any item placed on backorder will show in red in your shopping cart. All backorders will be entered into our system on a separate invoice and sent to you with your order. If you used a credit card/Paypal to place the order with backordered items, your invoice will reflect that you paid for those items. If you used a wholesale code to bypass payment because you are on terms with us, your backordered items will be billed separately. ALL backordered items will be sent free of shipping charges. Any backordered items not able to be sent within 8 weeks will be canceled and/or your account/creditcard will be refunded, unless you request differently.**

Can I add items to my backordered shipment? Should you want to add items to your backordered shipment, we will only charge you shipping for the non-backordered items.

Where are you located?  We are located in Pittsburgh, PA! 

What are shipping costs? Shipping costs vary by state between 5.5% to 7% of the total order. {Shipping costs vary for International Customers)

Do you accept returns on sale items?  No, our sale items are usually on sale because the product is being discontinued or has slight defects.

Can I make a custom order?  Yes, we encourage you to make your own, custom products! Our artisans enjoy making custom orders.  See our Custom Design page to learn more.

RETURN POLICY Please inspect your items and let us know of any defect(s) within 30 days to receive a full credit, refund, or replacement. Include the invoice number the item came with and a picture of the defect, if possible, to ensure better quality and service for our products in the future.

Any defect brought to our attention after 30 days will not receive any credit, refund, or replacement.  Mira Fair Trade will only cover shipping costs for damaged or defected products

Additionally, please note that due to the handmade nature of Fair Trade items, slight variations are to be expected and only add to the beauty and the authenticity of our items!
